Who is responsible
Crecolo Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15284106, is the data controller. Our registered office is The Courtyard, Shoreham Road, Upper Beeding, Steyning, BN44 3TN, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email legal@partysnailgames.com.
Data and purposes
To provide the game, we use your Google sign-in identity and email, manager and team names, country, bids, shortlists, team selections, transactions, scores, league results, preferences and acceptance of these terms. This is necessary to provide the beta you join. Other managers can see your manager and team names, league position, scores and deadline-frozen team after the relevant gameweek deadline; private bids are not shown to them.
We ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older when you join. For our legitimate interests in securing and improving the beta, we use session and request metadata, audit records, error reports and basic first-party usage totals such as pages viewed and estimated active time. We use these to prevent misuse, diagnose faults and understand participation. We do not run third-party product analytics or session replay. We do not ask for payment details or date of birth.
Essential browser cookies support sign-in and security. Browser storage remembers tutorial and display choices. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who receives data
We use Google for sign-in, Railway for hosting, Neon for the database and Sentry for filtered error reports. Sportmonks supplies football data; we do not need to send it your account details. Service providers process data on our behalf where needed to run the beta. We may disclose information if legally required.
Optional email updates
If you sign up on our homepage, we use your email address with your consent to send updates about the Fantasy MRKT launch and when you can join. We record the signup date and the consent wording version. This list is separate from game accounts: entering the beta or playing does not subscribe you.
We store this list in our existing database and keep it while we use it for these updates, unless you withdraw consent sooner. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing legal@partysnailgames.com, or by using the unsubscribe option in an update. This does not affect your game account.
Where data is processed
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where a transfer needs safeguards, we rely on the applicable provider data-processing terms and transfer protections. Email us if you would like details of the safeguards for a particular provider.
How long data is kept
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account and the relevant beta season are active. We keep records longer only where needed to resolve a game dispute, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them when that need ends. Login, session, usage and error records are kept for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting or beta analysis. Backups expire through the provider's normal backup cycle.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Account. This revokes sessions and removes your email, linked sign-in identity, manager and team names, country and account-linked usage totals from the active database. Anonymous game records may remain to preserve completed markets and standings. A copy may remain temporarily in backups until they expire.
Your rights and complaints
You may ask to access or correct your data, or request its erasure, restriction or portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email legal@partysnailgames.com to exercise a right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
